The investment project entails is the construction of the hotel “Hotel and Resort” in near proximity of Lake Bled (Slovenia). according to a prepared project approved by the municipal authorities. This is the first and so far the only construction project on Bled, on such a grand scale: the construction of a 5-star hotel in a world-renown location. The hotel project includes both wellness and a business center. According to the project, the hotel will have a modern design and an estimated 140 rooms and 50 apartments.
